As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in trauma-informed care and recovery, helping children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigate the lasting effects of trauma. I have experience supporting individuals who have experienced childhood abuse, relationship trauma, women and men issues, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I provide treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.

I believe healing begins in a safe, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic relationship. Through empathy, active listening, and evidence-based care, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and move beyond the pain of the past toward healthier relationships, renewed confidence, and a greater sense of purpose.

If life's challenges have caused you to lose sight of your goals or hope for the future, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover renewed strength, embrace healing, and create a meaningful vision for the life you desire.
